The UTD Pre-Dental Association is for anyone who's interested in the dental profession.

Why should you join the Pre-Dental Association?

- We provide guest speakers from various dental schools

- volunteering and job opportunities at hospitals and clinics

- trips to dental schools in the Texas area to provide members with the opportunity to touch base with schools of interest and talk to pre-dental advisors.

This allows members to establish connections with valuable resources at the schools to help them answer any specific questions they might have regarding the school or admission process.

- connection with other Pre-dental students to receive help on biology, chemistry, and other classes and info on their application/interview experiences

- something to put on your dental school resume

- cool t-shirts from PDA

- and more!

 
There is a $10 membership due that covers the cost of running the organization.
Being a member allows you to take advantage of volunteer activities, shadowing information, organization t-shirts, and other PDA resources.
Also, all members are encouraged to apply for a PDA officer position for the next year.
Most importantly, PDA is a great way to strengthen your dental school resume!
